Formed as Harmon Agency (Barrie Harmon as sole principal) and Jane Williams as only employee

1980

Renamed Harmon Cone Co. to recognize Louis P. Cone, who joined as a partner

1996

David Dennis joins as partner

2002

Agency renamed to Harmon Dennis Bradshaw to reflect new ownership (Barrie Harmon, David Dennis & Charles Bradshaw).

2004

Benefits Department Added

2010

Birmingham branch is opened

2018

39 employees and 7 shareholders

2021

Moved into new building in Montgomery, 45 employees & 9 shareholders. Troy branch is opened.

2024

Opened Duluth, GA office.
